Access to the chapters begin with a 30-day onboarding challenge designed as a mutual discovery process. Each cohort-based experience gives you a real taste of the specific chapter—its rhythm, values, and people—while allowing us to get to know you beyond a surface-level introduction.

Completion of the challenge doesn’t guarantee membership—but it does make you eligible to apply. Those who show up consistently, engage honestly, and complete the experience are invited to apply to join the affiliated chapter.
