He is the founder of Routine Rebel, a project and community for founders who are ready to measure success differently. For Stavros and the Routine Rebel community, freedom is the goal: more time, more agency, more joy. The mission is to escape the grind and build around what truly matters—meaningful relationships, health, creative expression, impact, financial freedom, and the time to enjoy it all.

His philosophy isn’t about resisting growth; it’s about growing on your own terms. Stavros believes a business should support the well-being of its founder and the well-being of everyone it touches—loved ones, team members, and customers alike.

Routine Rebel is part of a growing movement challenging hustle culture, rethinking how we scale, and questioning growth for growth’s sake. Through inspiration, community, and practical support, Stavros helps entrepreneurs reconnect with their original spark and take bold steps toward a better way of living and working.

Over the years, Stavros has co-founded multiple ventures—both for-profit and nonprofit—and built businesses across industries. He has taught entrepreneurship at the University of South Florida, trained Fortune 500 leaders in innovation through Innovation Bound, and helped scientists around the world design and fund meaningful breakthroughs through his work with Knowinnovation.

He has worked with thousands of people in high-stakes creative problem-solving environments and still loves that moment when clarity hits and everything shifts.

Today, Stavros also invests in and advises early-stage founders who are building with heart. He serves as a sounding board, bringing experience, capital, and perspective to purpose-driven entrepreneurs creating something that truly matters.
