30-Day Challenge
This 30-Day Men's Challenge is designed with a clear, intentional rhythm that builds connection, clarity, and momentum from day one. The journey begins with personal preparation, then unfolds through weekly cycles—each devoted to a core pillar: Mindset, Vitality, Wealth, and Love.
Each week is anchored by an in-person gathering that both reflects on the previous week’s insights and opens the door to what’s next. Daily practices and ongoing group conversation sustain the work throughout the week, while Sundays offer space for integration, reflection, and transition.
The experience concludes with a final in-person celebration alongside friends and family—honoring not only completion, but meaningful closure and the beginning of what comes next.
Personal Reflection & Intention Setting
Solo preparation exercises designed to clarify motivation, commitment, and presence before entering the group experience.
Weekly In-Person Gatherings
Facilitated, experiential meetups that reflect on the prior week, introduce the next pillar, and deepen connection through shared experiences.
Daily Individual Practices
Short, repeatable practices (journaling, movement, reflection, or relational presence) that anchor each week’s focus into everyday life.
Guided Thematic Weeks
Each week centers on a core pillar—Mindset, Vitality, Wealth, or Love—led by a dedicated community lead who frames the inquiry and tone.
Ongoing Group Conversation
A private group chat used for sharing observations, reflections, and encouragement—without coaching, fixing, or performance pressure.
Experiential Transitions
Purposeful experiences (e.g., long walks, recovery practices, shared meals) that help integrate one pillar and physically or socially open the next.
Integration & Reflection Days
Built-in pauses that emphasize noticing, integration, and awareness rather than constant action or output.
Community & Relationship Building
Structured and informal moments that build trust, familiarity, and shared language within the cohort.
Weekly Feedback & Check-Ins
Light surveys that invite honest reflection, alignment checks, and real-time adjustments to support the group experience.
Closing Celebration & Ritual
A final gathering with friends and family to celebrate completion, acknowledge effort, and bring the experience to a meaningful close.

If you realize within the first 7 days that the 30-Day Challenge isn’t a fit for you, you can request a full refund, no questions asked. If you enroll but don’t show up consistently or complete the Challenge, you won’t be eligible for a refund—but you will receive one free opportunity to retake the Challenge within one year. And if you complete the full 30 days and feel you didn’t receive meaningful value, you may request a full refund within 3 days of completion.
