How to Join Routine Rebel's Men of Tampa Bay Chapter

Access to the community begins with a 30-day onboarding challenge designed as a mutual discovery process. This cohort-based experience gives you a real taste of the community—its rhythm, values, and people—while allowing us to get to know you beyond a surface-level introduction. Over the course of 30 days, you’ll participate in weekly in-person gatherings, simple daily practices, and ongoing group conversation as we explore the four pillars of Mindset, Vitality, Wealth, and Love, with each week led by a different community member. Completion of the challenge doesn’t guarantee membership—but it does make you eligible to apply. Those who show up consistently, engage honestly, and complete the experience are invited to apply to join Routine Rebel | Men of Tampa Bay.
